ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

JOB DESCRIPTION :

1. To verify and ensure new products are conform with requirements and specs by conducting  checking and testing both design and actual product
2. Collaborate with other departments to evaluate new product manufacturability and  provide guidance to manufacturing
3. To conduct failure analysis from the claimed part (internal/ customer/ market) and  propose design/manufacturing improvement
4. To review, create, and manage technical documentation (BOM, System BOM,  Gerber, Software)
5. To develop an electrical design for a new product including schematic, ECAD, PCB  design, BOM creation, prototype, and testing plan
6. To manage Engineering changes and coordinate with all stakeholders

QUALIFICATION :

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Instrumentation
2. Have 1 year experience as Electrical Engineer
3. Have a good knowledge of electronic schematic design and analysis
4. Familiar with PCB design software (Altium, Eagle, Proteus, KiCAD, etc)
5. Familiar with measurement instruments (Oscilloscope, DMM, Pulse Generator, Data logger)
6. Familiar with Embedded System MCU (Arduino, STM32, Renesas, etc) is an advantage
7. Having experience in making electronic prototypes (PCB), component soldering, testing activity, and experience in Automotive, EV, and SMT industry is highly preferable
8. Highly initiative, enthusiast, and passionate to work with people from many respective areas, backgrounds, and regions
9. Have a strong interest in learning new things
10. Have good analytical thinking and problem solving skills
11. Have a good pace of work and strive for excellence
12. Good English communication both oral and written
