Recruitment Process

Step 1
Administration

In the administrative selection stage, candidates submit a CV. If the qualifications of the candidate corresponding to the organizational qualifications, then the next stage that the candidate will follow is the psychological test stage.

Step 2
Psychotest

In the Psychological test stage, candidates will take a series of Psychological tests to see their potential and talents of the candidate.
If the candidate passes the psychological test selection stage, then the next stage is the User and HR interview.

Step 3
Interview HR & User

In the User and HR interview stage, candidates will be given questions about their work and work experience. It should be noted that some important points asked by the interviewer during the interview process are; (1) introduce yourself well, (2) tell relevant work experience according to the job being applied for, (3) be able to understand the company profile well, (4) prepare important documents to be brought, (5) wear decent and neat clothes

Step 4
MCU (Medical Check Up)

In the MCU (Medical Check Up) stage, candidates will follow a series of medical check-up processes to identify candidates health-related conditions.
If the candidate passes the MCU (Medical Check Up) process, then the next stage is hiring.

Step 5
Offering Letter

Candidates will be sent an offer letter regarding salary, benefits, and other information provided to prospective employees.
